Introduction

InfinityDesk respects your right to privacy and complies fully with Meta Platform policies, the GDPR, and other applicable data protection regulations.

If you would like to request the permanent deletion of your personal data that has been processed through InfinityDesk, please follow the steps outlined below. All requests are handled securely and confidentially.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email from your registered email address to our data team:

Subject: Data Deletion Request – InfinityDesk

Please include:

  • Your full name and company name
  • Your registered InfinityDesk email address
  • The WhatsApp phone number connected to InfinityDesk (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the data you wish to have deleted

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and begin the verification process.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful identity verification, we will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

  • Account profile information (name, email, company details)
  • Connected WhatsApp metadata (Business ID, phone number ID, access tokens)
  • Message history and conversation threads stored in InfinityDesk
  • Ticket records, attachments, and customer communication data
  • Call logs and CDR records linked to your account
  • Any related identifiers, tokens, or settings tied to your account
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of successful identity verification. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

During this period you may continue to use InfinityDesk. Deletion will not affect your access until the process is complete, unless you request immediate account termination.

Exceptions

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request in the following circumstances:

  • Data required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations
  • Billing and invoice records retained for statutory accounting purposes (typically 7 years)
  • Data required to resolve outstanding disputes or enforce contractual agreements
  • Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you as an individual

We will notify you of any data that cannot be deleted and the reason for retention.
